Film project with American Sundance awarded director Matthew Lessner that gathers a number of shorter films into a larger body of work that tours different art spaces over a period of seven years, 2015 –  present. Shot in various places and historical locations it explores themes such as temporality and serendipity. Over the years the body of work contained within “In Anticipation of The Unexpected” has grown into 100+ sequences that share certain themes, actors and situations in common – together they form a unique experience that is never shown the same way twice. Work from IAOTU has been showcased in galleries in cities such as Gothenburg, Los Angeles and Shanghai.
